Who we are

Global Education Success (“GES”) is a Melbourne-based coaching and capability organisation. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us. When you download the workbook or send a message, we collect your name, email address, whether you are a student, professional or organisation, and any message you write.
• Basic usage information. We record which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, so we can improve the site. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To send you the workbook and reply to your message.
• To send occasional emails with helpful ideas and resources. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand what is useful on the site and improve it.

We do not sell your information.

Who handles your information

We use Sender to manage our email list and send emails, Vercel to host this website and measure usage, and Calendly if you choose to book a conversation (Calendly has its own privacy notice). These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside Australia.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through our Let’s Talk page.
