You’ve prepared the documents. Secured your offer. Got your visa. Attended the orientation.

But beneath all that preparation there can be a bigger question: am I really ready for life in a new country?

GES helps you prepare not just for your destination, but for the experience of living, learning and growing in a global world.

Common questions

Common questions

Do I really need this if I already have my offer, visa and orientation?

GES isn't about adding more information to an already full preparation journey. Growth, adaptability, confidence and clarity aren't automatic. Our programmes turn ideas into awareness, reflection, practice and action so you can use what you already know.

How are GES sessions delivered?

Most sessions are delivered online and generally run for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the programme and your needs. They can be one-to-one, in groups, or tailored for students, parents and families, or institution teams.

I've already arrived. Is it too late?

No. Transition Coaching is designed to support your first 90 days, and G-THRIVE™ gives you space to reset and move forward if things feel uncertain at any stage.

I'm not sure which programme is right for me.

You don't need to choose on your own. Start with the Readiness Check, or talk to us and we'll help you work out where to begin.

Don't just arrive. Participate.

Your overseas experience is more than a qualification. It is a chance to discover yourself, connect with others, build capability and create possibilities for your future.
